No one here believes that it's OK to break the law on the road, or elsewhere, but it's certainly not our job as civilian bikers to enforce it.

What happens on public roads differ too much to make it a fair playing field for this sort of record-setting, unless you actively has roads closed off for the record-attempt. Track is the only controlled environment that will work.
