Also 6'3", was 120kg a while back, not sure what size my 5.5 is but it fit me well at the time, dropped to 95kg and the adjustments straps still allow it to fit okay, not optimal but okay. One thing about the 5.5, you'll definitely get road rash if you fall on tar, with only an MX jersey.
