KTM problems hey :censored: This is why I went Sherco with the alu subframe. Had 2 mates snap their carbon subframes and 1 recently where the bushes in the subframe wore out and they are embedded into the subframe so you cant fix them. Hopefully you can get it sorted and get racing soon!

Weight means very little, its how the bike feels and where that weight sits. My ex 790 advR and current T7 feel heavier pushing around and picking up than my 1250 GS. They are both +-40Kg lighter.

We used to see one around us for a while, we named it Shrew Barrymore.

Use plastic weld staples and then an adhesive over it. The staples will prevent the crack from expanding or contracting and the adhesive to seal it.

Its mounted further back, which is easy to get damaged on a fall. Mount it behind the the bracket that the pillion pegs mount to.

@Manic See if you can get a bracket made to shift the rear suspension bladder/adjuster to behind the pillion footeg bracket.
