I would sugest swopping it with a known good one. But after the stator has been inspected. I would sugest a visual inspection aswell. If its brown/black there has been too much heat to it.

I think you can buy them online like global shopper ect, and have them courierd to you. But its not going to be cheap.

Spoke to the guys at sharwoods a while back about these. Sadly some homologation or DOT requirement not suitable for south africa or something like that.

Could be that there is stil one or 2 good phases that do charge but not optimum as it should. Regtifier can still make some charge with one phase.
