A leopard can change it’s spots......... even if it’s just momentarily[emoji12]. Mark planned a weekend of gravel travel with hardly any technical riding. Plan was to ride to Chrissiesmeer on Friday and then Memel on Saturday.

I still had to work until 1pm on Friday. The guys had lunch in Barberton and I met up with them at one of the lookout points heading towards Swazi border

Next morning we were up early for a long ride to Memel. The plan was to arrive in Memel around lunchtime, unpack and then go for a lekker ride on some of the famous passes in the area.

The day started off badly with Mark’s 990R needing some attention on a leaking fuel tap. Saay had some o rings in his bag of tricks and just over an hour later we were on our way.
