Hey Dogs

Xenomorph and I are organising a Wilddogs KTM LC8 tech day on 5th December at LONGWAY MOTO, 79 Roeland Street, Cape Town (next to Linex Yamaha).

We want the day to be useful to LC8 owners of all levels of interest - so we'll do roadside stuff like punctures and jump starts up to more advanced home-workshop jobs.

Each bike owner will be expected to bring basic tools and be responsible for working on their own bike.  Lecap will be our mechanic on the day to help out too and we'll have some extra tools handy.  We hope that people who have particular experience and tips will be pro-active in sharing that knowledge with others.  The day will run from 8.30-17.00.  Tea/Coffee & a snack lunch will be available and a contribution will be requested to cover costs (including cleaning up after you all go!).

The venue has been kindly provided to us by Lawrence from Longway Moto bike rentals so we've got space to accommodate a dozen bikes.  Lawrence is the Cape Town supplier for LiquiMoly lubricants and additives and so for those who want to do oil changes or need other lubes there will be supplies on hand.  He is also the dealer for Starcom Bike Intercom/communication systems so if anyone is interested they can have a demo or even get one installed on the day.

Now we'd really like to be able plan numbers, if you're interested in coming, please put your name on the list or PM one of us and indicate the jobs that you are interested in or hope to tackle.  Tell us if there are some not on this list you'd like to do or learn about.
