NATIONAL BASH - PAYMENT & INFO

This is the official arrangements notification thread for the bash.

Friday 29 October 2010 - Saturday 30 October 2010 - Sunday 31 October 2010

The venue is the Vanderkloof Holiday Resort in Vanderkloof.

Please indicate as well whether you will be camping or staying in chalet.

Please note that chalet bookings will be for your account to be settled with them directly.

The following are included in Bash price:

- Braai wood & facilities
- Salads & bykosse
- Commemorative National Bash T-Shirt
- Camping facilities
- Sticker
- Prizes

Own cost:

- Bar facility (Better than last year)
- Option of 3 different braai packs - quality content and enough (R 50 per braai pack). Arranged by Kilroy and taken down from Ganstaland in the Cruiser. :biggrin:
- Chalet accommodation

Crockery & Cutlery is NOT provided. We will take down paper plates and plastic utensils for those that do not have/want to or forgot to take their own plates and stuff.


Cost & Payment - Bash Price

Camping 2 nights + items listed as included - R 300

Chalets 2 nights + items listed as included - R 240 (Chalet cost for own account and settle with Vanderkloof directly.

Braai packs - R 50 per braai pack. (Not included in bash price)

Example: Camping 2 nights with 2 braai packs - R 400 per person. 2 night chalets with 2 braai packs - R 340 per person

Braai packs can be paid cash-on-site but we would prefer upfront payment to ease the administration.
