Off-topic, but you are making a huge mistake thinking that 54 is too young for D/S riding. I had my best trips in my late 20's and 30's, when I could still wrestle an XT500 up any creek. I am a fit 64 now, and if I waited till 60 to start D/S, I would only travel good dirtroads.......
