    Knee pads

    I wear Leatt dual axis Knee guards when I am going off road and they always stay in position. The only issue that I have is some slight discomfort on the top of my knees but this is after a full days ride. For me the protection is worth it.

    Metalize Explore Tech Short Boots

    I have had Forma Adventure low boots for 3 years now and they are a great boot. I have worn them for days on end and found them to be very comfortable. They are not waterproof anymore but it doesn't bother me.

    Hi Timothy, Why don't you have a look at a Honda crf250l. They are great do anything bikes and not too heavy or powerful for a first bike. Spirit do decent gear or alternatively buy second hand.
