Curious to know what sort of fuel consumption you guys get highway riding, with a 20L tank can you get 400km/ tank ?

Nice list, i was thinking of a small table too, are those Kway self inflating mattresses comfortable enough ? I usually use an air bed :)

So the missus is keen on doing a Europe Tour and camping to really enjoy the scenery especially in Switzerland so i thought we had better have a test run or 2 in SA first, please can some of you share pics of your loaded bike and what you've packed, i'm still trying to decide on the air mattress...

I see there might be a 900 coming out to replace the 800 !? Might sit back and see if we get some more options.

So i'm ready to purchase a new bike and from what i can understand is that the 700 is more road orrientated, lower, alloy rims etc. and the 800 is better for off road given the tubed tyres, larger front wheel, better suspension. Is that basically it ? Is the 700 still a capable gravel road bike...

I have a CTX200 which i rode from Durban to Cape Town, need something with a bit more speed  ;D

Why did they not make these new small DS bikes with a lower seat height ? What are the horizontally challenged and newbies meant to ride ?

Thanks Tom I'm lucky enough to be able to have a few bikes, i would't sell the KLR but would like something better onroad, oh i have the Mitas E07 on my KLR, done 6000km so far but will change them soon  :thumleft: What about turning the ABS off , how do you do this?

Morning everyone I haven't been through the whole thread so i apologize , i'm on my 3rd NC now here in Hong Kong, i had the NC700X, NC700S and now the NC750X  which has 11000km on it, i love these bikes they are awesome, my question is : How are you finding these bikes off road, easy gravel...
