Hey 2 StrokeDan
No work on the engine, stock standard (and really strong)
I did most of the work to make it go further for longer, hence it did have the rally raid EVO1kit on it
The only thing ive done engine wise is change air filters and oil and the services at 1500 and 9500km
2010 KTM 690 Mint Condition
Used as commuter daily - done 12500km
One trip in Namibia (the only dirt its seen was pristine Namibian dirt roads)
Has the large tanks from Rally raid EVO1
Has fairing plastics for Evo1 (but needs the mountings)
recently serviced 10,000km
including:
Manual
Tools...
Did the trip last week, very cool trip
1. the initial climb up sani is quite gentle slop but lots rocks and quite bumpy, road is in good condition at present but apparently can get worse after rain
they are working on it in a number of places and keep it quite clear
2. towards the top oit gets...
wow looks great, much slimmer than the old rallye raid conversion
they are very good, i have the old one and only need to update the tanks and the side panels, so my cost should only be around R5000
then will look to sell off the old tanks to offset costs
