Your PCV is probably dirty - when you turned the water back on some dirt is likely to have entered the pcv causing it to leak slightly. You can remove the bottom half of the valve fitting and clean it out. There’s a useful YouTube vid to show you how. Replace and check. If it’s still dripping...
