Thanks for the great reply lecap. I will take the bike in again tomorrow and have them look at them. I will then also fiddle with the bike on my own after that if it still does not work. BTW, are you suggesting that they might not have fitted both nuts on the mounting bracket?

Okay, that is what I have been doing...keeping a light throttle - but I would prefer to let the throttle go completely :) So you are telling me it is kinda normal...

Just wanted to add that when I drove with the top setting, I had the feeling as if I was running out of petrol....which was definitely not the case. When I switched it down it was a lot better.

Is it risky buying a helmet without ever have worn it? I have never even bought a helmet. Wanted to go to Toy store today but they were closed. I measured my forehead as 59cm.

Hi Guys, Sorry to bump this thread again. Regarding gear, what am I looking for? Can I use a single set of gear for both on and off road use? Or do I need to buy gear for both worlds? Essentially, I should be looking at a helmet, jacket, pants and gloves? Any models or brands I am looking...

Please bare in mind that I will only use it for commuting in 60km/h zones, for getting to and fro off-road trails, and then weekend awesomenss on the dirt.
