Dunno. All I am saying is that the mounting holes in the 2019 onwards bikes are differently spaced from the earlier models.

there was a change in the shape of the rear ends. up until 2018 was 1 shape,  2019 forward was another - ask me,  i know,  i got a 2019 last year and played the game. the 690 & 701 are the same shape as per big dom above. just check on year model before buying to avoid disappointment.

have given this some thought. nobody comes up behind the car,  splits up next to it,  and then sits next to the car sharing its lane for the rest of the journey.  This is obviously incredibly stupid and dangerous,  and there should be laws against this. what you actually do is come up behind...

not sure if bookings or renewals only,  but that side was very definitely open. when i said license the security guy pointed me in the direction.  as i walked along i saw the sign said drivers and not vehicles,  so when i went back and asked,  he said only drivers,  vehicles were not open yet...

I think that with all the mid life crises , your demographic may be high incidence one. That combined with the large bike, large power, large price and ... up goes the premium.
