I take spare tubes and a patch kit. get one of those tools that screw into the valve stem, makes installing much easier and a snap jack/crock stok thing is a must, believe me its a ballache without one

Buy the latest gen from flying brick with confidence, just dont over tighten the caps as they can be a pain to open once the contense has expanded
