Shucks ouens, nooit hieraan gedink nie! Ek toer op na Hwange (Zim) toe die 10e Mei via Botswana en het slegs leerlinglisensie. Nie seker hoe die manne in Zim en Botswana sal reageer nie?? siende dat ek nie dink ek sal 'n lisensie kan inpas voor die 10e nie. Enige idees?

Eishh... Heading up to Hwange 10 May and hoped to cross at Pondrift going through Tuli area up to Plumtree - that is if that border post (Ramokgwebana) is open? What you think Pondrift would look like then? Or would you suggest going up sooner through Zim rather? First time heading up this way...

Hi Bensien, tried this over the weekend and was unfortunately not successful. The acetone didn't seem to have any effect on the plastic. I checked and it is  ABS. I probably did something wrong... Anyways, reverted to super glue out of desperation and must say - so far so good! I added multiple...

LoL  :biggrin:  Unfortunately my laaitie is still pre-lego. Unless I use the baby blocks in which case I will have enough paste for an entirely new panel! But thanks Groenie, seems simple enough  :thumleft:

Hi Chaps, this probably have been covered before but would still appreciate your advice. Have a couple of fairing cracks (along fold of right hand side air vent) I would like to fix up a little before I fit my new crash bars. Any advice on what to use? Black fairing, 2011 KLR.

Yup, also interested in the mountings. I just drove my KLR at night for the first time and definitely want to improve the lighting with some extra spots. Did you fit a separate switch as well? Thanks for the info!

Great to be part of the pack and looking forward to especially learn from the more experienced. Finally got myself my first bike since high school (KLR 650) and now can't wait to explore and hit the gravelle!  ;D
