Hi Jughead Thanks once again. One of thingies ( aka abrasion guard ) had been left long enough. Maybe the best option is masking tape and paint by hand rather than risk breaking one trying to pull them out. The price of a little bit of plastic is crazy. Cheers Malcolm

I tested all the relays today. Powered the coils and checked the contacts, All are good. Tomorrow I'll check the interlocks again Cheers

My 2004 twin spark with 8 fuses decided not to start at weekend. The fuel pump doesn't prime when switched on. The pump runs when hot wired. There's no spark, the engine cranks well. I've eliminated the side stand switch, neutral switch, and clutch switch. All the fuses were tested and are OK...
