The pannier frames are removable. The holding brackets stay in position and the frames are removed with a tool that fits on to qauter turn bolts. Takes about 5 seconds to remove. I have fitted the panniers on to it, but only saw now that it is backwards. :imaposer: . Just turn it around..

It is the plastic panniers. Hope that helps. Bought it from a dog and bought the racks new. Never used it on the bike.

The only dirt she has done with it was a kilometer sand road from the main road to the lodge where we stayed once.  :imaposer: . It is capable enough to do most of the dirt roads and tracks, but she never did.

I have used this product from LM in my helmets. It seems to have a long lasting effect. Before that, I used to shave before a ride and then use aftershave, in my case Tabac Origional, and that hides the smell for up to a year. This product gets rid of all the bacteria and the smell.
