The XXL is indicated as for persons of 184 - 196 cm tall. I have found that guideline to be accurate so you can judge the size required according to your overall body length.

Well I am coming up to my 60 000km service in the next few weeks. So that would then be about 30 000 on my new cam so I guess we shall soon find out if my replacement part was any better than the first one. I’ll keep you all posted as to the outcome of the service.
