How do they open the garage door? I have "arms" fitted over my sliding gate at both ends so when closed it cant be lifted up

I have a potential option to buy this Kawasaki G4TRD 100cc , apparently they tried to repair the fuel tank.. unsuccessfully.. Do anybody know these bikes and care to shed info?
