Riding style play a big part in choosing your brand of tyre. While one brand of tyre may be perfect for one rider, it can be terrible for another.

If you are at 90/10 pavement rides, it might be worth your while to also look into Karoo Street. They are also not too bad off road. If I were to make a choice between the 2 tyres in question, I would go for the Dunlop.

Definately GS Pro boots. Very comfortable and the swivel ankle helps a lot.

Agree 100% about the Ralley kit. Although pricy, it id worth it. If you keep your eyes open, you can almost as good as new ones for a very fair price.

I would go for the 1200. I went from an AT 750 to GS 1200. I am also 'n kortgat at 1.73m and I bought the normal 1200, not adventure. A good swap for me. I also considered the 800, but it was too tall for me.
