There is a place in Centurion, I think the name is V Custom cycles. They make them according to the size you require. They will just tell you it is a "bar sign" and not a numberplate. I bought mine new and apparently they also did the update on the ECU but it made no difference.

I had one, was quite a nice bike. The only gripe I had with it is it seemed to sometimes have a hesitation/stall on pullaway or acceleration. And it use to break the numberplate holder thingy. Otherwise it was quite fun.

Decided to rather stay with the Duc for now, maybe get another(cheaper/older) bike as a toy rather than forking out the bucks for the BMW and then keep the Ducati, as it is truly excellent as a commuter. Light, nimble, easily maneuverable in traffic, approximately 23km/l. What I'm trying to say...
