2012 BMW GSA leaking oil from spring in between front shocks, help please

Hi, please assist, I am not a technical person. There is a colorless, odorless oil leaking from the spring setup in the center between the front shocks. Not sure if this is part of the tele lever suspension? I took the photos below to try and indicate the leak origin.

Please help me in identifying the part and oil that leaks. I would also appreciate pointers as to where I can have this fixed in the CPT Northern Suburbs.
