So the gem has been found down at the coast and transported inland:)

2.jpeg and I want the transformation to start, I will keep the project on a budget level, dont want a bobber and dont want a tracker must be racer style but without that huge fairing around the front end, If I have it wrong in terms but see the pic below this is good for now... firstly to see how it is going and if it is worth it If all turns out good I would like to change the frontend to some upside down forks, add a rear mono shock and change the front classic dials to some new digital electronics. I have found a tremendous amount of YT channels and already subscribed to them for ideas so there are plenty to have sleepless nights of what to do.

I have found something I like for a budget as per pic for comparison and then the 2nd pic is for much more funds available budget1.jpeg

1stly I would only clean up the rear tail end adding the loop , remove the airbox and fit some cone filters, design the seat pan and new seat and get a place for the battery, change the color of the engine I do not like the bling blings, and put some new exhaust headers.. now I need some guidance with reference to the exhaust headers, I want them as in the pic below just without the box it will have a end can somewhere more to the rear

11.jpg,,what grade SS do I buy, what filler rod do I use with the tig welder, where do you buy the bends and the 2 in 1 thingy all together here in Pta as I will only tag them together to the correct shape and flowlines of the engine and then take it to a professional tigwelder as I dont want it to look like a "rooikrans duif" made a visit.
