Whilst browsing the Forum ( and other forums ) and interacting with mates, one sometimes gets the impression that a lot of people might suffer from a lack of decision making ability when the time comes to change particularly bike kit and related stuff.

Questions like, 1) which helmet is best ?
2) which boots are best ?
3) which socks are best ?
4) which oil is best ?
5) which routes are preferred ?
6) which tyres are best.......and so on.

Whilst the above are very relevant questions to put ones mind at ease before parting with hard earned money to purchase new kit at sometimes great cost and whilst some very good advice is to be had, some folk just seem to have a habit of "over asking and over analyzing " fairly straight forward decisions. The outcome of this indecision tendency is as expected, mostly well.........nothing 😬

One wonders if that behavior trend is simply a mechanism to solicit engagement for the sake thereof, or whether there are genuine fears in some folk to take rather elementary decisions and live with the consequences of their decisions.
