Is everyone OK today?

My day started a bit funny, and I even forgot my laptop at home and only noticed it when I got to the office... 38km from home. So I had to go back home to fetch it. On my way there was an accident on the N1 North just after between Buccleuch and Allandale. I only noticed the vehicles in the right lane, but also didn't want to rubberneck and there were already the correct people on the scene. The, some distance away from the accident on the shoulder of the road, was a bike that looked like it rolled in the muddy grass embankment there. No one even close to it and all the attention seemed to be at the vehicle(s) in the right lane. Again, didn't want to rubberneck. So I hope it was a bike that fell off a trailer somehow rather than a rider down.

Then, just after Olifantsfontein bridge, there was a random bike parked next to the road. No rider in site. Only closer to Samrand offramp did I see a guy in full kit walking towards the bike with what looked like a bottle under the arm. So I assume he ran out of fuel.
