What did I see on Sunday 26 March near Harties?

I can only describe it as a massive quad bike. Same layout but huge, and the rider was sitting high up. I couldn't get a photo but I got the distinct impression that this machine was built on a bakkie chassis of sorts. Motorbike steering handles and controls, typical bike seat for two (maybe one person only) and quite nicely finished with properly styled panels and covers. Not your typical backyard saamgeflanste horror creation.

Anybody here perhaps who have more info on it?
