HELP !! Suggestions , would like to book accommodation for my group of 20 , about 8 couples and some singles , so around 10 rooms , budget R650 a night per room , aware asking a lot ! have so far got 3 rooms at a B&B that can accommodate ( depending ) 6 to 10 people . need another 4 rooms . have checked with the places close by but all fully booked . not keen on back packer and prefer on suit rooms .
There used to be the Contractors accommodation in LAROLA , Google says its permantly closed , ( aware) and as far as know places were sold and now rented out , but there must be a managing office or someone to contact that can help .
I recall seeing a post on FB about a group that did a tour in the area and they all stayed at a big place , resembling a hotel , had many rooms , but cant find the details of the place , info?
I want to go down on a scouting trip in about 3 weeks time , just after Easter , to go check out accommodation , and also on to the Border to see what is required . If you have this detail please let me know , passport , bike papers and the dreaded PCR stuff.
