Nice looking XT Icecap. I took mine on a 3000km spin at Easter. What a jol. Compared to my pig this black beauty is so easy to ride. But I missed the pig big time coming back from Murrysburg to Centurion. I was pressed for time and did 925km on the Sunday with the XT.

Did the admin today. Cant wait. Only saw the bike yesterday. Condition as good as on the photo. Everything still original. Keys handbook the lot!!! Took her for a spin around the block. Very smooth.A bit quiet for my liking!! Will need to put tyres on for gravel. Any suggestions.

I can live with 120km/h cruising speed. I was worried about off road ability. Thnx for your input. 

I am tempted to by a clean 2001 XT 600E from a friend for 18k.25000km on the clock. Is it a reasonable price? Is it the right bike to buy if I want to use it on gravel mainly. I will be be riding it solo.

Looking for a Hepco & Becker top box bracket for  my 1150 GSA. I bought a used top box with a  bracket for a African Twin. Do any one know if the bracket can be modified.

Also interested. On holiday in PE.

Unfortunately quality does not come cheap.
