My KLE also has the aftermarket sprocket without the rubber and no hassles so far. I think the rubber is there just to quieting the chain down a bit..

If I remember correctly Spoedvark had some laser cut but have not seen him around here for a while or you can try Nodico. Was about R2400 for rear disc and pads

Bought one a few weeks ago and I really like it. Fits great and is light. As above the peak is a bit flimsy and gets blown about in the wind. Noise level is also not bad..

Real easy job to do, the forks are actually do not contain any damping mechanism inside, simply one tube sliding inside of another. The oil is only to lubricate the sliders. Just be aware the seals are rather difficult to find. I had to get from BMW.
