I have tried it with routes and tracks with under 100 points that I used on my first generation eTrex - still no go. Look the specs are great, the blue tooth integrates well with my helmet and phone and even the MP3 function works Ok. If the damn routes function worked at all it would be close...

I have tried all the combinations, routes to tracks, tracks to routes, conversions using winDb, only uploading tracks, only routes, routes and tracks together, with via waypoints, without via waypoints etc etc etc.

When downloading routes from mapsource, importing .gpx files direct from the units memory or converting trip logs into routes - the SW either reports "Unable to calculate route to destination" or has a pop-up which says "calculatng 0%" and stays there - I even left it on for hours just in case...

I think that you will be able to make significant savings on bulk mailing - it appears that it is cheaper to mail three units than it is to mail one.
