Regulator Rectifier - Fitting an aftermarket one?!?!?

I am putting a regulator rectifier on my bike. It's not the suzuki standard one. There are two plugs on each. Plug one: The standard one has 3 yellow wires - these match the three on the after market on - no problem here. Plug two: The standard one has 2 wires - one red and one black/white...

Bike transport needed Cape Town to JHB

Bike transporters are pretty good. A bit slow but very nice and bike is transported inside a closed vehicle. https://www.biketransporters.co.za/

    Drz seized Pics!

Superfoxi has always impressed me with his workmanship. Julian out at superbike solutions (wrench on here) is also a solid option :)

Wobbly front tire - Not just knobblies and suspension settings!

Hahahaha. I never really left, and I am not really back. I have a job and a kid that keep me busy. It sucks. i have not time for the important things in life - riding, posting on the forum, buying farkles or thinking about buying farkles. I just work and parent. FML.

Wobbly front tire - Not just knobblies and suspension settings!

So a while ago I did some tarmac surfing with my helmet. I fell off my bike on the highway, because my front tire was flat. I was used to riding with a wobbly front end. I assumed this was because I run knobblies at 1.2 bar, and that day the tire was at 0.1 bar - so I fell. Very stupid to not...

DRZ not starting....? CE hoses put on incorrectly?

So my bike's wiring leaves a lot to be desired. Between the Vapor and the Chinese HID there is something draining the battery. I also put on a different tank and a new fuel cock. But I had to re-route the fuel hose, and unhooked the various hoses around the CE (coast enricher), I have put them...

    Bike Auto-electrical Cape Town?

New battery went flat in 2 days. The vapor isn't connected correctly. Neither is the chinese HID (doing away with that, want to go back to regular bulb). So not sure. But seems complicated.

Who to use? I wanted to use Krog's, apparently they're closed. Preferably CBD or southern suburbs.

    Malcolm's DRZ400E mods - Xaust Fitted!

Malcolm: awesome  :thumleft: sjk: They might. Otherwise just ask around. There are lots of stock header pipes sitting in peoples' homes. They put on mod pipes and the headers sit gathering dust.

    DRZ gearing

No. That's what I did. It's fun. I'd rather have the cash now. Wait and source a second hand FCR off a crashed bike. Buy a slip-on for R2k, don't change your header pipe. Dyno is worth doing :)

    DRZ Oil

I can't remember. Someone explained to me about the additives in synthetic oil not being good for the clutch or something. I forget. But that's the general wisdom. You don't like DRZs. Do you?
