I had the same issue. I bought a new gasket from suzuki. R200 or so. Then put sealant on the half-moons as mentioned above. Sorted  :thumleft: Nice bike, btw  O0

+1. Love following crossed-up round the quarry, and as the seasons change it becomes a completely different place to ride. I'll be there soon. Dammit I miss it.
