@Paydirt, hope your troubles are over soon and that you get a satisfactory result in the end. I do believe the "delays" etc are mostly due to this not being an official dealer supplied bike, if it was - I think you might have had a quicker resolution. The lesson to be learnt here is not to buy...

I think Leroyd works  for Honda SA and is trying to protect them. Wrong, see my previous posts. Also, I am not trying to protect them ... I am just saying lets get more facts and see the outcome before making them out to be the bad guys here. The reaction from Honda SA just not cutting it...

mmm.. I stil don't entirely agree with all this "Honda as a company" bashing etc ...... yet. Yes, it seems it is an "official" Honda import, but it was still bought from an unofficial dealer - the dealer should replace the bike or refund the money , and the dealer should then fight with Honda...
