    Blauth sold a perfect donor Dominator for 25k I think, it went really well he replaced the 650 piston with a 600 piston and the bike went better:) that bike is still around somewhere on the forum.

    Agreed Jon, just felt right. I think that big wheel held a bit more energy for longer when in the air but not sure. I find the 600R is the least wheelie friendly of the lot

    Not better, different, it seems more nimble, 650R is like a hammer great on long open gravel, I think Id rather be on the 600 in the tighter twisty..like I said they all my favourite bob

    Quite a different bike, not many clean ones around so took the opportunity. Now Ive owned a couple... XL500S XR500R XR500RE XL600R XR650R XR650L XR600R  :o I think XR600R will be my favourite (they've all been my favourite)"), something very special about this model. very nimble, rides easy.

    Put some loops in to tie dry bags on, I really enjoy this bike. all in about R3500. inc the new front tyre.

    There seems to be some interesting tube coming from under the exhaust prt then going through what looks like a diaphram and then into the carb? Like the smog on a XR650L? any ideas appreciated, also what are the electric wires going to the carb?

    Took them for a test spin yesterday via a few mine dumps to check out if a 125 single will make sandy inclines. They need a little help in tight paces but overall I recon its a great travel scoot. kept up with the traffic on the M2 on the way back. Minimalist touring I recon
