Friday bump...

Bump for an awesome bike! I had an '01 501FE 'berg- indestructible bike. Used it for playing and harescrambles- imagine the guys faces when a bike with road kit passes a race KTM 520...guys were very confused! Electric start but get used to kicking with the other leg too.  :thumleft:

As awesome as the 1190 is, I would be terrified to drop it or take it too far off the beaten track- especially at that price! These are the tough ones, built like tanks! Lol The lotto is won all the time... You have the same chance as the guy who won last week! Good luck!  :thumleft:

Still here even though a fair amount of joy riders resulting in guys trying their luck and two deals that I did not feel comfortable with. Horror stories of bikes riding off into the sunset and you're left empty handed! Still waiting for the decent gents looking for a brilliant buy!

Let's hope your bike sells soon. There are a couple of gents keen, but the sale hinges on them selling their bikes. Busa at that price, should move quite quickly... excuse the pun!  :lol8:

Thanks for the testimony Johannes-hopefully your situation can be resolved ASAP! If she does not sell at this price then I'll put off the sale until later in the year and re-evaluate the price. The economy is usually better in the 2nd half of the year and prices tend to be higher then. So...

Damper kit is now off the bike- Stock triple clamp back on. ALL other extras still included. If the bike does not go... then I'll be hanging onto her. As Mambat says- it will cost a fortune to try and replace back to this spec.
