Beserker, jy is reg. Die 500 is net 'n plesier in die Richtersveld. Ons ry al jare lank met ons groot adv bikes in die Richtersveld en hierdie keer het ons met die 500's gegaan. Dit was 'n moerse "jol" gewees en met die 500 kon ons plekke sien wat min ander mense al van tevore gesien het...

BuRP,  'n 2 stroke sal werk vir hierdie Richtersveld trip maar jy gaan meer gemaklik wees op 'n 4 stroke agv die liason stukke. Die trips wat ek in Clarens doen is meer geskik vir 2 strokes aloewel ek en my "crew" altyd ons 500's met groot tenks vir al hierdie trips gebruik...

Hi Andrew,  it is possible to ride next to the river in a (southerly direction) from RTH riverside to the next gorge. As a matter of fact there is actually a very old jeep track there (extremely washed away) . The "problem" however is that it is extremely rocky and most definitely not enjoyable...

Maverick64,  I am glad you brought it up, yes it is the "Road to Hell pass" and it will be part of the guided trip. As you know there are a lot of hype around this pass and it is on many riders bucket list but to be honest we have discovered much much better and more interesting paths and tracks...
