Not going to get a decent 250 even close to R12k unfortunately. Rather look at something like an XR125L - if you're lucky you might find one in fair condition for about R18k plus.

Not an expert on the matter but to my understanding most of these smart/trickle chargers aren't meant to be used with Lithium batteries, you require a special Lithium battery charger for that. Not sure if it's true but I've played it safe and don't charge my AT since it's got a Lithium battery...

I use the Bosch C3 - works great. You can select between car or bike, 6V or 12V, etc.
