I took the plunge, after years of WANTING a GS911, I spotted this thread and bought the OBDLINK LX from Amazon. Downloaded the Motoscan app to my phone and tested he unit and app on my bike, it reads and seems to communicate, not played around enough there just yet. But then at the same time...

That looks like an add on that will replicate your cellphone to it, if it connects to your head unit via Aux, it could still work, But these cheaper alternatives are usually just junk

Give Jason a call, he made sure I had the correct cables to seamlessly connect the unit to my car without having toi cut and join any cables. Also provided me with the Gap spacers to close up the side gaps

Probably anything you want, he has his own sound shop. does installs as well. He will also advise you accordingly, I was glad I got this through him, I would have missed parts without him.
