Has anyone had Akrapovic slip on with standard header and cat then later added on Akrapovic header that can tell me how much louder the header makes it. I am thinking of just the slip on but have only test ridden the full Akropovic and was a bit loud for me.

Question to current rallye owners. I am about to buy new rallye which is essentially the 2017 model cause 2018 haven’t arrived yet. Are you guys happy with your rallye any reasons not to buy this model. This will be my first bmw.

This puts me off spending 250k on gs only to have heat problem. They also have to do stanchion mod before it leaves the show room.

I have been told the new gs cat generates a lot of heat so some guys take them out. I don’t want to buy new bike and have to remove the cat. Anybody having this issue with new gs and does Akropovic slip on help? Thanks.

Not sure if there is thread on this. I am thinking of buying new rallye and they tell me all the ones sold they never fitted a center stand. Any advice on wether I do or don’t need stand. Thanks.

I use Garmin tpm and they work perfect. Alerted me early enough that I could ride to garage to have them change tube. Feel much safer with them.
