Sasolburg -> Wolwehoek -> Heilbron -> Lindley -> Slabberts...then head a little way back towards Bethlehem and take the Ebenhaezer/Kruisvallei back road that'll spit you out about 10km's from Clarens. There's going to be a bit of tar but mostly dirt highway.

Just spoke to him thanks. Will give his method a try and report back on results. Nothing to lose I guess...if it works all good...if not, I would be replacing the disks anyway

Anyone had a go at fixing/replacing the "buttons" on the front floating brake rotor? There is plenty meat left on the blade of mine but the play between outer and inner parts of the disk makes it sound like I'm smuggling a tin bucket of nuts and bolts up front somewhere. Not sure that much play...

I haven't been on that route for quite some time because it has been an absolute stuff up. Will ask around and see if any locals have used the route recently. Pretty much everyone from around here uses the Van Der Bijl - Heilbron - Reitz - Bethlehem route. There's about 15km of ****** potholes...

Of course...you are mos my bruther from another mother. Thanks for the well wishes... kukload of graft to do and I wish I'd done this in my 30's when I had all that energy going to waste :censored:
