D606 front can feel a bit skittish in the front when new...but as the tyre wears in and the centre knobs flatten a bit it just gets better and better on dirt especially in the corners. D606 front and rear was my go to on the XT7660z...probably burned through 7-8 sets. Affordable and very good...

Will it be possible that paid attendees receive the route GPX files via PM so long? Want to do some Google Earthing to check terrain and then make route selection ahead of time. Will also determine how much fuel I need to pre-pay/pre-book.

Erm...the ride went well...cold and wet. T7 much more surefooted in the slop than the T6. We did the 4x4 trail out from Doringkraal to Kareedouw...very wet but it was all laughts...a real funduro. Issues...they get very thirsty sitting at 145-150km/h from Willowmore all the way back to Cape...
