I am 178cm and it is fine for me, but yes, it is a tall bike, a real kort-gat will struggle a bit, but once you are going, it makes no difference ;)

So...... I am not rding enough to justify having two bikes, so decided to let the BMX go. I have done only 900km in the last year with her and she deserves someone that will enjoy her properly. I am keeping the 1090R though.... Contact me...

Don't bother with a T7 if you had a 990..... Yes the T7 is a great bike with loads of new tech and stuff, but it you will never give you the smile that the proper 990 gave you..... My 2c ;)

Not quite in Pretoria, but a great day out is Maraisburg, loads of very very soft sand and you can even gooi some Dakar style sand trails over the crests ;)

Centurion 10min ago....

On a farm just outside Mooinooi in North West this last weekend..... was about 100m from where people camped for two nights! Luckily for Runner and Catchy, they moved inside after their tents and all their gear got soaked in a massive thunderstorm Saturday afternoon!! o_O

Lekker man, I rode that blue one for a little bit on the Saturday, so light and low, extremely easy to ride. It is very very quiet, which I found a bit unnerving as I rely a lot on sound feedback when I ride, but a fun ride none the less. Great fun in tight technical bits, but you will kak...

I only took one pic of my bike all day.... Thanks Don, was a good day out... Those little Vespas faaarks off, was great fun riding with them!
