go to any vinyl fair and you will see where all the milk crates have gone.

there is a rubber snorkel on the 650 on one side close to the rear of the seat. first thing you take out. Cut the end of the exhaust next pull out the last baffle and fit a aftermarket end cap. All the additional induction noise and exhaust noise doubles the power.

not sure I just did every mod on my KLR, 685, Bigger valves, Dynojet, L shape air box mod and it was still slow. Discovered that my new exhaust was restricted. Goes a bit better now.
