I have used a few D606's on the front and I don't have the same problem but then I don't do a lot of tar and I don't exceed 120. Works very good in the dirt :)

I have entered and exit twice in the past few months via Peka border post and didn't need anything apart from a passport. We got stopped a few times in road blocks and only had to show a drivers licence. One of our members didn't have a bike licence but it was not noticed by Lesotho police...

No - don't know that side of Zambia..
