Thanks Losper We plan to trailer to Ficksburg area. So - Yes that Peka-Maseru tracks sounds like what I have in mind but I seem to remember you advising that they are not for the rainy season due to river crossings? If doable, I will prefer to do them :thumleft: Thanks for your advice!

Thanks for the advice Xpat Yes I had the Mantsoyane/Semonkong shortcut in mind..thanks for the confirmation. I also contemplated your Mohale to Katse track. How will that compare to the Mantsoyane/Semonkong shortcut ? We will be travelling as light as a TE610 can go :biggrin:

Question to our Lesotho experts Losper Xpat  and others... How is the weather in January for DS riding on the more technical routes? I assume/hoping for fairly hot but not unbearable.. And be prepared for thundershowers? I/We are planning to do a few  Losper and Xpat routes in the Semongkong...

Agree - you should get one at Startline Edenvale. Just take a sample when you go. But I think these starter relays is fairly universal and a KTM one might also work (in case you are not close to Edenvale)
