The problem I have with the Giant Loop Grand Basin bag is that its not waterproof.. its a big deal for me because we ride in the rainy season, KZN / Lesotho in Dec vibes. But for an overnighter they still work lekker.

I was just thinking the same thing.. what if an owner in the complex has a speeding fine or expired licence .. do they get stopped from entering as well. I get reminded why I will never live in a complex with a HOA ever.

I do long distance and very technical riding on my bike and Ive always battled with soft luggage because Im quite hard on the gear.. Ive tried Kappa, ATG, Desert Fox and even still have Giant Loop Grand basin.. Just switched to Turkana, the 30L hippo hips I think it is.. Ive done 3 long trips...

Some of them on asylum visas the rest probably have no papers but you cannot rent a scooter without papers, those who are illegal rent bikes from those already renting. It's our governments way of legalising it I suppose but they still have so many hoops to jump through

I did some work for a company who had 350 scooters on the road with 500 more coming.. They rent the bikes out for R650 a week The riders pull in with wads of cash, some of them have even started up a side business with 20+ bikes and becoming a boss.

No 21 000km is too low for clearances.. Gooi a video of the noise.. i did my bike a while ago and I know the tappet is making a noise which i must fix at some point.. When I get home I can record it so you can hear what a tappet noise sounds like.

hmm. I cant actually remember, I know that the mount position makes it a pain to get to but I dont remember removing a mounting bolt to do valve clearances

I have a 700.. I use Castrol oil and havent had any issues, Ive never heard of anyone using Shell Helix in a bike..
