Maybe The interweb is confusing because in some translations its saying that it shares the specs as a KTM, some say it shares things like bore, stroke etc its not a KTM motor, some translations say it shares a KTM moto. Ill get clarity on that tomorrow when i go look at it but I am not sure why...

If you have a warped disc you will get uneven feedback through the forks, true, but I cannot see how that would cause headshake.. lets say for argument sakes you are correct. In this case the headshake would only happen under breaking.. is that what is happening?
