I have a tig welder..  I use argon gas. Then my dad took his mig welder to the shop and gas ran out. He uses tyril. (sp?)..  Then we hooked up my argon and clearly a difference. Very crap results. It splatters a lot more. Went to get tyril again... And all good. So no matter what who says.. I...

Christmas in June... The last of the big stuff arrived. Brand new sleeved barrels arrived. These are one litre upgrade barrels from the standard 800cc. New rings,  and honed to spec. This motor will take some time,  as I've decided to do a complete complete strip down of this motor...

One carb rebuilt and assembled. All components showing wear and all seals,  o rings,  gaskets,  and diaphragms replaced. Yes I did this in my main bedroom.. It's cold in the cave. One down. One to go.

Leo... I must admit. The reason I took a small break,  was because I wasn't convinced about the setup I had going. This bike now has a potential new home,  and when I sent him that pic you posted,  he was in love. So I've altered the build.. Slightly.. Only for now.  What I'm now looking at...

Some news at last!! I had to completely strip down,  modify and rebuild my rear ohlins shock.. Obviously a bit of a specialised job.. So off to MP CUSTOM VALVE.  I had to.. Strip shock Replace 50kg coil spring with 89kg spring Fabricate new travel stops Fabricate bottom attachment roller...

One of my clients did a custom job and removed the pipes. No need for them anymore. I haven't seen the pipes myself,  but was sent these pics. I'm sure plenty would require a set.. Ps.. I've stocked up on 3 pairs as they are hellish expensive new.. And that's for aftermarket ones. These...
