One thing is certain; the sound quality of the "No Name" units will not be the same as the Pioneer. I also have a bluetooth Pioneer DMH-XXX (without Android Auto) in my GWM and the sound is damn good.

My SWM 300. Yes, shorter intervals but supposedly every 2 000km which is not too bad. I cannot say about frequency of rebuilds unfortunately as I have only done 2500km on the original trip meter before switching to an hour meter and then did another 35hours on the hour meter. I do service mine...
